Compulsory: Minimum- Any degree (With English first or second language); Computer literacy, Proficiency in use of MS office & eMailing.
Other skills required & Responsibilities:
- Good Communication in English (Prefereable other languages Hindi)
- To Maintain records of contacts, telephoned and emailed to respond to correspondences from customers and save them in electronic form.
- Recorded names and information of clients contacted and the result of the contact
- Maintain customer information in client database.
- Screening calls and taking appropriate actions when needed.
- Obtained names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists from other organizations
- Answered telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
- Develop a working relationship with other professional groups.
- Determination and the drive to work towards company's improvement
- Dedicated to excellent customer service care.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers
- Explain products or services.
- Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints.
