Job description

Responsibility For Fresher ;

Selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the distributor’s market.
 Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
 Delivery of conceptual selling plans
 Regular coverage of the stores
 Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
Key Success Measures:
 Sales Value targets
 SBD Distribution
 Productivity
 Initiative Execution

Responsibility For Experience ;

: The Large DSE represents the Company’s interests for a set of Large A&B, MM Stores in his
territory responsible for end – end Account Management including establishing relationship, growing
sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company’s standards
Responsibility:
 DSE is responsible for selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the
distributor’s market.
 Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
 Building Relations & JBP Plans for Large A & MM Stores
 Delivery of conceptual selling plans
 Regular coverage of the stores
 Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
