* Customer Acquisition through Savings Account and Current Account through digital sales.
* Able to manage the End to End Process within the given TAT – from Acquisition to Activation of Accounts.
* Ensure the team members are properly trained on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms prescribed by RBI/Bank.
* Do joint Sales Calls with Team Members daily.
* Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
* Ensure the quality of services is maintained as per the Bank Standards.
* Acquire new Corporate Relationship for Bank through Savings and Current Account.
