Job location: sitamarhi/ vaishali/ samastipur/ east & west champaran/ chapra/ aurangabad/ bhagalpur.

Job Description :
Responsible in achieving monthly / quarterly / annual primary &
secondary targets for the area of operations in terms of Channels and
distributors. To achieve sales targets and to build excellent client
relationships for positioning of all products.

• Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers
• To Improve Distribution Network
• Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding

of New Dealers for first 1 month

• Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and

adding more dealers / distributors to our network

• Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
• Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
• Visit to Dealers as per PJP
• Market mapping to increase counter share
• Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including

PJP / DSR / MIS etc.
