Responsibility
Handle all sales enquiries through inbound and outbound calls and other sources
Undertake research to understand potential verticals or sectors
Identify the list of prospects that may need the organization products
Lead qualification, where business requirements of clients are validated and mapped with the organization offerings
Send follow up emails, calls, scheduling site visits
Identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis
Provide weekly reports and visibility on pipeline for planning and tracking leads and site visits
Provide necessary support to the sales team
After working hours calls to be called by 14 working hours
All drop calls to be called within 4 working hours
Accountability
Site visit conversions through inbound and outbound calls
Reviving interest in existing enquires
Minimum of 50 outbound calls a day with minimum of 10 qualified leads
