Job Description

  • Should manage a team of 6 to 7 FSEs currently
  • Should know spoken English and basic Excel skills
  • Should spend at least half the days in the month on the field with his team
  • Should be from B2C sector
  • Should be holding a high portfolio size
  • Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or work place for the loan process​
  • Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns from the customer
  • Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements
  • Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
  • Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
  • Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
  • Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage
  • End-to-End ownership of the Sales for a cluster
  • Hire, monitor, and manage a team of Sales Manager.
  • Owning and delivering targets for various channels
  • Track performance of the Sales manager and Visit our channel partner
  • Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them feedback
