1. Responsible for acquiring and developing new business for Company.
2. He/ She is responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; lead generation, cold calling, meeting clients, prospecting, customer on boarding and finally overseeing excellent after sales services.
3. Creating a strategy to drive sales for IT services and products including but not limited to Digital Transformation , Data and Analytics , RPA , Application Development and QA
4. Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new projects within an array of IT solutions and services.
5. Responding to RFP’s and RFI’s to win new business in a highly competitive environment.
6. Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
7. Liaising existing relationships to start business conversations with new LOB’s. Converting such leads to business opportunities and closures.
8. Building long term relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
9. Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
