Job Description

  • To immediately book customer tickets and provide information on new offerings, availability of seats, promotional schemes etc.
  • Deliver customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.Candidates from Engineering background must not apply
  • Provide exact solution to customer queries.
  • Respond to Sales Enquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets & call quality standards.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Strive to provide end to end one-call solution to every customer that he/she talks to.

Interview Process:

  1. 1st round – HR screening
  2. 2nd round – Online test (listening, Verbal & reasoning)
  3. 3rd round – Quality round (communication check round)
  4. 4th round – Operations Head round
