Requirement
MBA or degree in statistics, economics, engineering or any analytical field.
Experience of implementing, optimizing and managing campaigns, with a background in online measurement & operations.
Ability to operate strategically and analytically, to understand an organization’s objective. Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, with a passion to create and share best practices to inculcate a culture of learning by sharing.
Demonstrated ability to work proactively and manage campaigns, deliverables and key objectives.
Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners.
Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and/or managing analytically oriented projects with large customer impact
