Job description

Should have basic knowledge on all Servers, storage and Network and in-depth knowledge on one of them.
ITIL certification would be added advantage.
Should be able to manage a team and work with all the service engineers.
Ability to handle customer escalations.
Adept in reporting and taking reviews.
