· Monitor Complaint resolution, analysis complaint generation and action taken for improvement.
· Ensure efficient service operation by providing adequate tools and equipments and a smooth working environment.
· Maintain Service and parts coordination through regular meetings with parts manager.
· Monitor body shop cash flow and regular meetings with insurance officials for recovery of all short payments.
· Check and monitor manpower performance and impart training as per their requirements.
· Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
