Looking out for candidate to work in Start- up, service industry. Well versed with Society Administration and Presentation.
· Should be good in communication, Drafting, Speaking.
· Has understating from administration, facility management background.
· Ensures routine day to day management of society assigned related to Finance, Compliance and Administration matters are handled with diligence.
· Should have understanding of accounting portfolio.
· Acts as the point of contact for any escalations from the Societies
· Ensures smooth operations at Societies
· Acts as a the SPOC for Service Management Team
· Should be confident and patient enough to handle the responsibilities given and should maintain a good relationship with all.
· Should be well presentable and decent personality to have interactive approach.
· Preparing Daily Work Report.
· Should have basic accounting knowledge.
· Maintaining of files and registers.
· Co-ordinate with various service providers and contractors for AMCs such as Security, House-Keeping, Maintenance of – Lifts, Fire / DG pumps, Garden, Intercom, Fire Alarm / Fighting equipment, DG, AC, CCTV, Pest Control etc.
· Supervise the repair works, whenever and wherever necessary.
· Graduate in any field.
· UG with excellent communication can be considered.
Should be comfortable to work 6 days a week including Sat-Sun.
Week off to be in weekdays.
Should be comfortable to be based at site office.
