GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE
COMPANY PROFILE: Four Fountains De-stress Spa is India’s largest chain of professionally managed, affordable health spas. Started in 2007 by 3 management graduates from IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad and S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, we aim to bring the health benefits of spa therapies within everyone’s reach. Our spas are currently present in 27 locations across the following 3 cities in India - Mumbai (8), Bengaluru (8) and Pune (11).
DEPARTMENT: Operations
LOCATIONS: Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore
REPORTING TO: Spa Manager
WORK HOURS: 9 hours a day (Rotational Shifts between 8 am to 10 pm)
WORK DAYS: 6 days a week, Week off between Monday to Thursday
EXPERIENCE: 0 - 1 year, Fresher welcome
EDUCATION: Any graduate, Graduates in Hotel Management/Travel & Tourism/Aviation will be an added advantage
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures laid down for the Front Desk
a) Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
b) Attend to phone calls and take appointments
c) Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the guests
d) Selling of gift vouchers and memberships to the guests
e) Ensure that the cash bill is maintained in a secure manner and maintain accounts for the spa
f) Seek feedback from guests about their experience
g) Control costs by following laid-down procedures
2. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
a) Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the housekeeping staff
b) Deliver high quality & personalized service to the guests with the help of the therapists at the spa
c) Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures
d) Handle any guest grievances and bring it to the Spa Manager’s notice immediately
3. Maintain the reception area in an effective manner
4. Maintain inventory of all materials in the spa and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage.
TRAINING: On job training will be provided
COMPENSATION: Salary components will be as follows:
· Salary: Rs. 15000 - 18000 per month (based on experience)
· Average Performance Pay (Incentives): Rs. 4000 per month (subject to achievement of targets)
NOTE : Deductions as per government regulations
PERKS : Free spa therapies worth Rs. 3500 per month (Cannot be encashed)
PROBATION AND CONFIRMATION
· Selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of joining.
· Post completion of 3 months, a confirmation interview will be conducted.
· If the candidate does not clear the confirmation interview, the probation period may be extended at the company’s discretion.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
· The selected candidate will be required to serve the company for a minimum of 9 months from the date of joining including the initial probation period of 3 months.
