We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Human Resources Executive Responsibilities and Qualifications
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration
HR executive should have good negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills, as (s)he often has to communicate and explain the organization's policies to other employees.
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Possess a degree in Human Resourse
At least 2 year working experience in the HR field.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally * Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak good English. Local dialects are a bonus.
