Job description

Qualification : MBA(Operations Management/ Strategic Management)
Experience :-5-8 years

Preserve and communicate company core objectives and values to the team.

 Develop a culture of innovation

Analyse the economic future of existing operations and to recommend programs of growth or divestment

Analyse influence of business, economic, and political conditions on existing or prospective areas of operations.

 Compile and write annual and five-year plans/projection for growth.

 Assess the reasonableness of the goals, and come up with a consolidated, long-term corporate goal, adjusted to

 consider undue optimism or pessimism in the divisions. Perform market research

 Identify areas of product opportunity including knowledge-based service

 Identify most desirable projects where organisation can invest resources research and development or utilise its

capital facilities. Make crisscross analysis on existing base to compile best product

Identify potential Business Risk

 Prepare risk matrix. Prepare plan for reduction/elimination of risk

 Ensure and monitor Risk mitigation measure

  Negotiate with possible companies to be acquired.

 Communicate departments that they should be striving to add more projects to their existing base

 Collaboration with partners /universities / consultants for new and existing business developments

 Create a means of implementing continued planning to complete any unfinished plan or revise any inadequate      parts of it. Determine whether the departments have compared the technical effort required on their long-range projects with the profit potential. Determine the degree to which departments can help implement its programs

 Establish a program is to ensure follow up mechanism for achieving objective of corporate.

 Identify the ways in which, departments can work together in projects requiring complementary skills.
