Responsibilities
Design of automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects
Keeping up-to-date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance
Development and implementation of software functionality tests
Preparation of reports on defects and problems that arise during software test
Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software
Preparation of software evaluation test reports
Investigate and respond to Provar support issues
Be innovative in your testing and look for ways to improve the product
Technical focal point, serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build, Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure longterm success
Manages the technical side and related action items of all customer projects
Gain understanding of customer technical infrastructures and environments
Perform initial or secondary investigations and respond to online and phone support requests
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Overseeing customer account management
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, owning solution design and product recommendations
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Develops and maintains consistent and effective communication
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal concerned stakeholders
Try to develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to enhance the quality of deliverables
Forecast and track the status of key account
Track and prepare reports on account status
Perform technical reviews and provide knowledge sharing to actively identify and prevent issues
Performance review of the team
Prepare objectives for the team
Build and implement Training & development plans
Become a product expert in Provar
Learn Salesforce and complete the SFDC Admin examinations
Skills :
6 - 10 years of software testing experience
At least 4 years of solid experience in Selenium
Knowledge of at least one programming language
Working knowledge of agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and presenting)
Proactive, organized and collaborative approach
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
