Food and Beverage operations: The Person will see all aspects of kitchen management including menu planning as well as monitoring food production. Overseeing all aspects of food & Beverage operations & Management, Staff Scheduling and Management. Co-coordinating with kitchen/Food & beverage and pre- requisites as per standards. Kitchen Stewarding: The person will responsible for kitchen management including cleaning, The person will see all aspects of Stewarding Operations & Management, staff Scheduling Operations. Inventory Control: Inventory Control for timely indenting of supplies. Coordinating with Suppliers for Vegetables, Groceries purchase. Client Servicing: Ensuring Client & Guest servicing by achieving delivery of service quality Norms. Supervising Maintenance of high standards of housekeeping, ensuring highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Maintenance & upkeep, rooms & décor.
