- Monitor the performance of financial and operational plans of the outlet which support the overall objectives of the outlet
- Effectively manage the outlet by ensuring the following:
- Implementation of standards as detailed in the Company standards and procedures manual
- Implementation of hygiene standards
- Adherence to opening and closing procedures
- Adherence to bill paying procedures
- Motivate staff to provide good service experience during all shifts
- Stock control and related data maintenance
3. Oversee the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered including prompt response to requests and the effective resolution of all complaints to the satisfaction of guests
