* Screening candidates and job applications
* Taking interviews for various levels Frontline role to Zonal Head roles
* Following up with the business for interview status
* Preparing and maintaining the trackers
* Conducting Employee engagement activities in various branches
* Handling Employee Queries and Salary Issues
* Working on Workline on daily basis from offers to onboarding
* Joining formalities and the onboarding of new joinees
* Handling end to end recruitment
