THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Tech Support Engineer with good knowledge of configuration, troubleshooting of GPS units and supporting clients through voice & E-mail.
Engaging with Sales Managers and customers to provide support for technical queries.
Provide support to sales team and customers by resolving issues and queries regarding device, device specification and configuration.
Issue resolution, Diagnosing and Trouble shooting.
Technical documentation, detailing and specifications.
Travel across locations providing technical support.
THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED
BE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Mechanical
2years of industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of GPS/ Telematics hardware framework, troubleshooting and issue rectification skills.
Good communication skills
