Responsibilities and Duties

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English languageConfident in building a conversation.
• Ability to use the computer system.
• The desired candidate needs to have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Responsible for handling inbound calls.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
