Have to solve the queries of the customer over Phone calls & email or chat.
Able to Convince potential customers
Follows up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion.
Conversion of leads received through various channels.
Understand the customer requirement and resolve the queries
Excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting
Interact with potential students via inbound outbound chat/Call and help them enrol and solving query. The leads and required training is provided by us.
A candidate must be customer-service oriented, demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, have critical attention to detail, be able to prioritize.

Fluent and confident communication and convincing skills (both verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of Computer
Relevant field experience will be preferred.
Ability to handle stressful situations

Comfortable with chat/email/call with customer.
Customer Support experience will be preferred
