Neema Sales LLP, is a Mumbai based e-commerce company, with the `direct-to-consumers’ business model, exclusively handling the frontend marketing for its partner, Hendel Pro, from Europe. Our business model is a mix of online & offline sales without any cold calling.
Hendel researches and manufactures lifestyle products ranging from fairness creams, slimming tablets & an entire range of wellness products (Men and Women).
The objective of Neema Sales LLP, is to provide world class wellness products to the end users, for which our Associates connect telephonically with prospective customers, who have indicated their interest by leaving their contact details on our website.
Full time Agents are required to sell products over the phone, and provide detailed explanation of the products. Aim is to convert Leads in to sales without any cold calling. Primary Language shall be Hindi.
Skill Set required:
· Strong Selling skills
· Confident with Strong Verbal Communication,
· Basic Computer and Data entry Skills
· Phone Skills, Listening skills, Attention to Detail
· Smart and Self Motivated
· Enthusiastic and Positive attitude
· Convincing skills
· Attractive Sales incentives post completion of three months of continuous service,
· No Cold Calling.
· No Targets.
· International training by our foreign partners is provided through video calls to all agents on ongoing basis.
· Should possess minimum 6 months experience in Sales
