Job Summary
SECTOR– BPO
JOB LOCATION– All Over Mumbai
JOB TITLE– Customer Support Executive
Service hours– 24 *7 Rotational Shifts for Males

Day Shifts for girls.
Females – 6 AM to 8 PM window

Sunday work off

Responsibilities and Duties

  • answer calls and responds to emails
  • handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • research required information using available resources
  • manage and resolve customer complaints
  • provide customers with product and service information
  • enter new customer information into the system
  • update existing customer information
  • process orders, forms and applications
  • identify and escalate priority issues
  • route calls to the appropriate resource
  • follow up customer calls where necessary
  • document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • complete call logs
  • produce call reports

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Graduate with 1-year BPO Experience Bank /Insurance
