Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma
Deals with incoming & outgoing customer call with a friendly and positive manner and provide outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Should be able to speak English, Hindi, and Marathi
Good communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
