JOB SUMMARY

A Customer Support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls & outgoing calls, pertaining to the clients business or Lead Generation. The associate provides excellent customer service.

Experience – 0-3 Years

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPLY TO THIS POSITION:

  • Age: 19 to 30 years of age
  • Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deals with incoming & outgoing customer call with a friendly and positive manner and provide outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Should be able to speak English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Good communication skills
  • Polite and customer service oriented
  • Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Reporting to team lead
  • Maintains the work record history
