JOB SUMMARY
A Customer Support Executive / Associate in this role deals with a number of incoming calls & outgoing calls, pertaining to the clients business or Lead Generation. The associate provides excellent customer service.
Experience – 0-3 Years
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPLY TO THIS POSITION:
- Age: 19 to 30 years of age
- Education / Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deals with incoming & outgoing customer call with a friendly and positive manner and provide outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Should be able to speak English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Good communication skills
- Polite and customer service oriented
- Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Achieve monthly targets
- Reporting to team lead
- Maintains the work record history
