A Ticketing executive / Reservation staff is someone who will have the responsibility to work as the in charge of the ticket office and at the desk. He will be in a client facing role
Responsibilities and Duties
Should Comply and record all information
Booking tickets of travelers
Select invoice ticket blank and customer account card.
Comply computes and records identification and fare data.
Maintain the coordination with ticketing system service providers regarding the system capabilities and proposes to the line manager any additions or adjustments needed
Coordinate sometimes finance department and management with regard to reporting and invoicing.

12th pass can apply
