A Ticketing executive / Reservation staff is someone who will have the responsibility to work as the in charge of the ticket office and at the desk. He will be in a client facing role
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should Comply and record all information
- Booking tickets of travellers
- Select invoice, ticket blank and customer account card.
- Comply, computes, and records identification and fare data.
- Maintain the coordination with ticketing system service providers regarding the system capabilities and proposes to the line manager any additions or adjustments needed
- Coordinate sometimes finance department and management with regard to reporting and invoicing.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 12th pass can apply
- Freshers are most welcome
