Requirements:
o Bachelors degree or equivalent
o Good command in English & Hindi
o Good command MS excel, create power point presentation
o Previous experience in Life insurance sales role preferable
o Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis
o Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
o 2-3 yrs of prior work experience in contact center in training role
Job Responsibility:
o Responsible for conducting NHT, refresher training for life insurance process
o Responsible for calibrating & shadowing of Trainees on a regular basis
o Deliver training modules / sessions of product and soft skills
o Design courses and develop sessions in general
o Use of appropriate facilitation style and effective use of learning aids during the session.
o Suggest revision, amendment and/or updates in training materials for incorporation, to ensure that the information remains relevant, accurate and up to date.
o Undertake assessment of individuals against agreed standards of competence as appropriate within your level of competence.
o Debrief and provide feedback to students and work with them to compile Developmental / Action plans to assist their learning and development
o Execution of training calendar as per plan
o Must be ready to travel anywhere when required.
o Keep record of training program delivered and be ready with sought information.
