-Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
-Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
-Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
-Handling new joining on boarding activities, arranging induction for new joined.
-Familiarity with HR databases. Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
-Daily reporting by way of Job Trackers for the Company.
-Consolidating all HR data Trackers for reporting.
-Handling Employee Engagement Activities.
-Handling Employee Queries.
