Dhaslee Technologies is looking for young, energetic and smart working HR Executive’s with 1+ year’s rich experience in end to end recruitment which includes JD preparation, sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling and on boarding process of candidates.
Ø Candidate should have 1+ year good knowledge in pre- recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening and short listing of candidates.
Ø Should be responsible for End to End recruitment.
Ø Optimal use of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, headhunting, reference etc.
Ø Should have the knowledge in, initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match the requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and Education.
Ø Should have the knowledge in on boarding process.
Ø Should have a good professional network.
Ø Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
Ø Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
Ø Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
Ø Must be smart and dedicated in work.
