Voice and Accent Trainer
Responsibilities
- Deliver sessions for new hires to enhance their communication skills
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare educational material such as Training content, training handouts, videos etc.
- Conduct TNA to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor employee performance and measure ROI
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, class room training, online training and E learning.
- Maintain attendance and other records
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Well versed in VNA training methodologies
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Ability to handle and schedule batches of 40-50 trainees
- Ability to handle conversion of 90% and above
- Ability to reduce the attrition in training
- Prior experience from BPO or International voice and communication training.
- Exposure to sales training.
- Good knowledge of USA culture and UK culture
- Good knowledge of latest training methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Psychometric testing tools and usage of free online tools
- Conduct Personality development courses
CERTIFICATIONS: (WILL BE AND ADDED ADVANTAGE)
- Certification in TTT (train the trainer), Feedback mechanism, adult learning, Adult psychology
- Ability to use ADDIE model and good understanding of ADDIE model
- Understanding of continuous learning implementation
- IELTS grade 8 and above
- British council certified or equivalent
