ThinksynQ Solutions, Chennai is hiring for Customer Support Executive (Voice),Day Shift.

No of Positions - 100

Job Description:

Inbound / Outbound Customer Support.

The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) should attend the incoming or make outgoing calls to the client’s customers or prospects to provide any clarification or information pertaining to the client’s products or services.
The CSEs would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate should be minimum Diploma/ Graduates ( Arrears also can apply)
Candidate should have good spoken English with Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil.

Terms:

6 working days(Monday to Saturday)
Shifts: 9 30am – 6 30pm or 10am – 7pm

Salary Upto 10k in hand.
Performance based incentives on monthly basis.

15 days paid leave - This is eligible only after the completion of 1yr of service
